Saily vs Yesim: Which Travel eSIM Is Better in 2026?
A detailed head-to-head comparison between Saily and Yesim travel eSIMs, analyzing pricing, network coverage, unlimited data, and app usability.
Saily is better for budget-conscious travelers seeking secure, simple fixed-data plans starting at $3.99, while Yesim is better for heavy data users needing unlimited plans starting from $7.50 and multi-network 5G coverage across 150+ destinations. Whether you are a digital nomad needing constant connectivity or a casual vacationer trying to avoid roaming fees, choosing between these two giants requires looking closely at your specific data usage habits, destination, and budget.

When it comes to global reach, Saily takes the lead with coverage in over 200 destinations. It connects seamlessly to reliable local networks, making it an excellent companion for off-the-beaten-path travel.
Yesim covers fewer countries (150+ destinations) but compensates by offering robust multi-network coverage in its active zones. This means your phone can switch between multiple local carriers to find the strongest signal, often accessing high-speed 5G networks.
Alternative Note: If you need both maximum global reach and top-tier speeds, HOLASIM matches Saily's 200+ destination count while offering flexible unlimited plans and instant QR activation worldwide.
Pricing Model and eSIM Price Index Insights
Saily and Yesim target entirely different budgets:
- Saily is built for affordability. Its fixed-data plans start at an accessible $3.99. According to our eSIM Price Index, a standard 5GB / 30-day plan on Saily costs $13.99 in the United States ($2.80/GB) and $7.99 in Thailand ($1.60/GB).
- Yesim starts at a higher price point (~$7.50) but provides unlimited data options, making it more cost-effective for heavy internet users, video streamers, and remote workers.

Yesim offers a feature-rich app that includes a virtual phone number service and a proprietary "Ycoins" reward system. It is a powerful tool, though it has a slightly steeper learning curve than Saily's ultra-minimalist interface.
